Christopher Carter is a trial attorney at Malone Law where he specializes in serving his clients in medical malpractice, personal injury, and catastrophic injury cases. Christopher began his legal career fighting for victims of violent crimes as a prosecutor in his home state of Mississippi. He later became a federal prosecutor, where he prosecuted federal crimes in the Violent Crimes Unit as an Assistant United States Attorney.
Christopher began his civil litigation career representing national and regional companies in trucking, premises liability, and products liability cases. However, he quickly realized that his true calling was working for everyday people who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others and began working for victims injured in personal injury cases.
Chirstopher is a proud alumnus of Howard University, where he received his Bachelor of Administration in Business with a concentration in Marketing. He then received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Christopher is admitted to: Georgia Bar; Mississippi Bar; Wisconsin Bar; U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia; and U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia; U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
