Adam Malone is an Atlanta medical malpractice lawyer and managing partner of Malone Law Medical Malpractice and Severe Injury Lawyers. The firm was founded over 50 years ago by Mr. Malone’s father to serve victims of medical malpractice and those who have suffered catastrophic injuries due to the negligent actions of others.

Mr. Malone loves the courtroom, trial, medicine, high stakes, high pressure, and exposing wrongdoers to be held accountable. He has extensive experience with the issues that arise in medical malpractice cases, including birth injuries, medication errors, surgery errors, anesthesia errors, emergency room errors, and errors in diagnosis and treatment. He has represented clients with all forms of injuries, especially catastrophic injuries like brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputation injuries,  and wrongful death. His extensive preparation, attention to detail, and relentless hard work have resulted in numerous record-setting seven- and eight-figure verdicts — including the largest verdict ever returned in his hometown of Albany, Georgia.

Mr. Malone was instrumental in getting Georgia’s medical malpractice damage caps struck down as unconstitutional. Because of his work, people harmed by medical negligence in Georgia can now recover full compensation for their injuries.

Mr. Malone has earned the respect and praise of his peers. Best Lawyers recently named Mr. Malone Lawyer of the Year in Medical Negligence. He has been recognized as a SuperLawyer every year since 2005 and has been named one of the Top 3 SuperLawyers in Georgia for the past five years in a row. Mr. Malone currently serves on the Governing Board of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, which limits its membership to the 500 best lawyers in the United States and 150 best lawyers from another 40 countries around the world.
