Robert S. Register

Rob Register grew up in the South Georgia town of Lenox. He attended North Georgia College on a military scholarship and served in the Georgia Army National Guard for seven years while attending college and law school. Rob attended Mercer Law School where he served on the Law Review. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1998.

Rob has specialized in personal injury litigation over the entire course of his legal career. Prior to joining the Malone Law Office, Rob worked for two large Atlanta law firms where he defended corporations, hospitals, doctors and other commercial companies. During this time he tried and litigated numerous cases across the State of Georgia involving diverse matters including medical malpractice, automobile collisions, tractor trailer liability, products liability, and general negligence cases. Rob is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. Rob is admitted to: the Georgia Bar, Georgia Court of Appeals; Supreme Court of Georgia; U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia; U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia; and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Rob lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife Brie and their son Ryder.
